| [atrb=style, background-color:#efefef; width:400px; padding:10px; padding-top:10px; border-top:3px solid #DDDDDD] 001. don't be a complete dick. it's understandable if you just want to joke around, but when someone tells you to be serious, be serious. 002. we don't want our lovely forum to get deleted so please try your very best to stick to the Proboards TOS. keep it tasteful! 003. be patient, the last thing the staff needs is for you to breathe down their neck about your app or plot page or wanted add or open thread, etc. 004. no god-modding or powerplaying. other people's characters are their own, and you should respect that. 005. do not talk about your racial, spiritual, or political views anywhere on this site. 006. set your display names to 'FIRST LAST' format, even if they are of Asian descent. we don't want any confusion. 007. all inactive applications will be deleted after one week, and if you have not done anything on an account in over a week, your account will be deleted. (anything as in application and logging onto said account) 008. no mary sues, gary stus, or characters with obnoxiously angsty backgrounds. 009. graphics and templates are most definitely encouraged, but please keep them clean and make sure they don't stretch the board. 010. no ooc fighting. it's quite annoying and unnecessary. keep the drama that's not in character off of the site, pretty please! 011. keep you plotting in plot pages, none of that cluttering up the cbox. and with that, don't go ic in the cbox PLEASE. 012. this is a one character per account site, and make sure your character limit is manageable. there is no strict limit, but don't drown yourself and leave. 013. there is no word count, but give your partner enough to work with. |
